Birth Certificate and Health Records are necessary as well as Baptismal Certificate if applicable.

Applicants should also provide Social Security Number, Parishoner Envelope Number and current report card if student is transferring from another school.

Kindergarten Testing for students entering Kindergarten was held on April 28, 2011. Another testing date will be scheduled for later applicants.
