Ms. Maureen Lynch is the eighth grade homeroom teacher. In the fourth marking period eighth graders will be studying the following topics:

Religion: Church History--From 1800's to present.

Math: Probability and polynomials (taught by Mrs. Torres)

Grammar: Sentences--form and use

Writing: Poetry; Expository--compare and contrast.

Literature: Collection: Anne Frank; Fables.

Social Studies: Civil War (taught by Ms. Moser)

Science: Earth's Waters; Preparation for Bike and Boat Excursion.

Project: Math Presentation--Power Point on Mathematician.
